Assault on battery

I can't believe this! I took the battery out of the 850 to recharge (nothing wrong with the battery - just hadn't used the 850 for a while and it went flat. And you know how it is, even having the best of intentions, one week blew into two, three etc. In the meantime I just drove the other two vehicles around. Well, eventually I got around to putting the battery back in the 850 and went to put the Volvo clamp on to lock the battery firmly into position - and no matter which way, or where I put it, it didn't seem to fit. Can anyone flick up a photo of this clamp in its position to give me some idea. I feel really stupid about this as I know the solution is obviously simple but, for the love of me, I can't figure it out. Please help me out before I end up being charged with assault by battery.

LOL it is fiddly, there's a sort of indent it goes into and then you can slide it across to the battery then pushing down on it locks it in place. Good luck!

Thanks for the photo Cam. The photo shows which is correct side up etc. and I should be able to put it back now without much problem. When I first took the clamp off, it looked that easy that I thought to myself "You'd have to be a real dill not to be able to put this thing back on - there's nothing to it". But, as it turns out, after what happened I must now consider myself to be a dill. Thanks again.
